As a former Anesthesiologist in private practice, I was urged into early retirement due to the fact that I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in the year 2000. I was challenged to improve my health and I became passionate about nutrition, autoimmunity and gut health. I became certified by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition as a Health Coach, and was inspired to write my story “Love yourself healthy”. My philosophy and vision, is that in spite of having a chronic condition, one can attain quality of life and vitality, through nutrition, and lifestyle changes.
My niche of interest is autoimmunity and gut health which I hope to educate, motivate and empower individuals, that a diagnosis does not define your ultimate quality of life. It is in our hands to learn how to do so. I would humbly like to share with you that “I am a living example”! My hobbies are: exercising, reading, public speaking, traveling, and being of service to those who are in need.
