Kati received her training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City. She has also completed the Core Curriculum for Life Coaching from the Coaches Training Institute in San Francisco, and is an ACE Certified Personal trainer. She has a Bachelor’s in Communication from Colorado State University.
Kati is a Colorado native and resides in Denver Colorado with her Husband and two dogs. She loves doing anything outside, moving her body in ways that feel great and eating food that gives her vitality and energy to do it all! She specializes in helping individuals find a way of incorporating both exercise and healthy eating into their lifestyles in a way that is fun, enjoyable and results driven. Kati has lived an active lifestyle since she can remember – whether it’s running, mountain biking, yoga, HIIT, hiking, dancing, skiing, boxing, horseback riding, walking…she’ll do it! She believes that the combination of moving your body in a way that is enjoyable, eating foods that both taste delicious and make your body thrive, and finding fulfillment in your day-to-day life are the key to living a vibrantly.
Kati believes that there is no such thing as a “one size fits all” solution to living a healthier, happier life. We’re all different, and she believes in looking at the whole “you” in order to offer personalized solutions that work. You won’t be bored or confused, but you will be healthier and happier!
She offers customized whole-foods, plant based detox programs to jump start your health, as well as one-on-one consulting to be sure to incorporate healthy eating and exercising for the long run.
